Data Protection

RegenWM is committed to the data protection of its customers and complies with both the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Directive on Data Protection and Electronic Communications 2002/58/EC.

As a Regeneration Centre of Excellence we are committed to ensuring that your personal data is always treated with the greatest respect. Our Data Protection Policy was last updated on 11th April 2007.

Your Data

Any personal information you choose to provide us with will be used for RegenWM purposes only. You will receive our monthly e-bulletin along with email updates about the events we run and the services we offer that may be of specific interest to you.

Your personal information (this will typically include your name; e-mail address and any other data within the contents of your e-mail e.g. company name, telephone number etc.) will not be shared with third parties and used by anyone else for further marketing purposes.

Use of Information

In addition to the above use, RegenWM monitors information acquired via the website to better understand how the site is being used and how it can be improved. This type of information is collective data (such as the total number of website visitors) and does not identify individuals.

These statistics are collected on a regular basis and may occasionally be communicated to the Regional Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands. Again it is stressed that no personal customer information is communicated that will allow individual customer identification.

Information sharing

We will never share, sell or rent individual personal information to any third parties unless ordered by a court of law.

Data Protection Policy updates

If we make any changes to our data protection policy, we will update the Data Protection Policy section of the website.
